When playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare or Warzone, do you get the PS4 an “install suspended error”? Don't be concerned; this problem is simple to resolve.
My solution was to completely delete the game also the updates every single thing, restart console, disable internet connection, install the game, reconnect internet, install the updates, after that I could start the game and then I get this message to download the missing stuff in game, so basically click on the missing updates to install.

Have exactly the same problem, was hoping the S4 update would address the issue but still nothing. Haven't been able to play multiplayer for a couple months now, extremely disappointing that such a large issue isn't getting addressed and definitely putting me off MW
Looks like you need an update. Mine menu has Call of Duty Modern Warfare, where yours has Call of Duty Warzone: Last Stand. The new update places Warzone in the Modern Warfare 2019 menu, now. You get to choose between Campaign, Multiplayer, Co-Op, or Warzone, all under the Modern Warfare menu. LEP1t.
