It's very hard to win gunfights. The good thing is the fact that you can use a controller on pc as well to level the playing field slightly. However, the aim assist value for pc is not as strong as console so you will still lose gun fights vs really good console players even if you were of the same skill level when on console yourself.

TUTORIAL. on a PC you can have a controller and keyboard mouse going at the same time in game. if I put the controller on the floor and map a button I can hit with my toe to shoot. I seem to get aim assist and still use the keyboard and mouse for everything else.
