Rain-X Latitude® Wiper Blades worked well in San Diego's heavy rain storms.Prefer over stock and chatter is gone. Car had build date of 3/09 and factory blades had started to chatter. I agree with the rain sensor is my 6 is far from automatic. It is far from the 1999 328 Bimmer I used to own, which had a superb auto sensor. With the 6, I have to "adjust" the sensor in order to get it to work right, but then, this is not auto anymore. The adjustment in the auto mode is like the adjustment in the "delay" mode.
